Why has my booking been cancelled?

There are many reasons why we may have cancelled your book.

1. You have previously breached the house rules or terms and conditions
2. We cannot offer the room due to broken equipment.
3. The room needs to be cleaned by maintenance
4. There is a health and safety hazard in the room that we need to take care of.
5. There are been a last minute incident.

If any of these events occur, we will make the room unavailable.

We will try our best to update you with any booking you make with us, and we may move your slot time to any available room.

We will contact you via phone if this were to happen.
